UNITED KINGDOM

Free UK postage is included with your sundialwatches.co.uk order with no minimum purchase necessary! Our free postage is standard recorded delivery via Royal Mail. Orders are shipped same day if ordered before 2pm and will arrive at their destination within 1 – 2 days, depending on your location in the UK with our free postage option. You can opt to select Express Shipping if you need expedited next day delivery service, and this option has a £5.99 postage charge. We use Royal Mail Special delivery. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided once your order has been posted with the tracking information for your order.

INTERNATIONAL

International postage is charged at £8.99 anywhere outside of the UK. Orders arrive at their destination within 7 – 12 working days, depending on your location, however this may take longer if your package is stopped by customs. Please note that International orders may take an additional 1 – 2 days to process, (so instead of being shipped same day it would only be shipped the following day). RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We offer free 30 Day Return Policy for UK customers.  We do not offer this for Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and international customers.

We will make every effort to describe all our products as realistic as possible.  However sometimes not all goods received are as expected and therefore we offer a free 30 Day Return Policy.

If you require to return your goods simply reply to your order confirmation requesting a refund.  We will then email you a pre-paid Royal Mail return label.  Then print this off, attach to your return and take your return to your local post office. Please also include a copy of your invoice.

Terms & Conditions

• Goods must be opened and checked when received.  And damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt. 

• Goods must be returned unworn, brand new, with all original tags and all their original packaging.

• We do not accept returns/refunds if the band has been adjusted, so please only adjust the band if you are certain you are keeping the goods.

• If returning, please make sure the goods is packaged correctly so it’s not damaged in transit, as you (the customer) are responsible until it reaches us.  

Once the goods has been received, we will inspect to ensure the goods is still in brand new condition. Once inspection is complete, a full refund will be issued minus any delivery charges you chose to pay when ordering. Your refund will be returned to you via the same method you used to pay. Sundial Watches will try to process all returns as quickly as possible but please allow up to 7 working days for these to be processed.

Faulty Goods

If the goods you received is faulty, please contact sales@sundialwatches.co.uk with your order number, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You must report any faults within 7 days of receipt of the goods and you have 14 days from receipt of the faulty goods to return it to us.

 

I received the wrong goods

If the goods you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact sales@sundialwatches.co.uk with your order number, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
